Thank you for submitting your service-connected disability information. We will be in contact with you over the next 24-48 hours. You will receive a call from an Veteran Rating staff member, that will give you a FREE no-obligation estimation of potential benefits.
The Intent to File form, VA Form 21-0966, is an important single-page form, that should be submitted if you intend to file a VA compensation claim. Once this form has been received by the VA, your effective date is locked-in for 12 months. If you are awarded a favorable decision by the VA, they will retro pay you benefits from the date that your claim was filed, opposed to the date that your claim was approved.
